Description: A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to permit present and former civilian employees of the United States Government to receive civil service annuity credit for retirement purposes for all their periods of service to the United States (Federal Government, uniformed services and District of Columbia government) including such service which was covered by social security, regardless of eligibility for social security benefits.
