Description: A bill to provide that States may enter agreements with the United States under which the State will retain a portion of the Federal unemployment tax for purposes of administering the unemployment compensation program and the employment service program as currently provided by federal law, to allow States to retain unemployment compensation funds in State-managed funds, and for other purposes.
