Description: Expressing the sense of the Congress that Iraq is in unacceptable and material breach of its international obligations, that the United States should insist on the removal, destruction, or otherwise rendering harmless of Iraq's programs for biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons, and that the United States should fully support the right of inspectors with the United Nations Special Commission on Iraq to unfettered and unannounced inspections of suspected weapons facilities.
